Would you please confirm what installer are you currently using for installing the Telerik products? If you are using the Telerik Control Panel
I would suggest to check the settings and set the Download Folder Location
to a different path if still set to your full drive.
Also please note, that even you have selected a different install location for a product, the Windows Installer
still uses the drive where your OS is deployed for caching.
