Cannot Export Project with Suspended Account

    We created an application over a year ago and are hosting it in-house.
    Since then we have let our subscription expire as we are no longer doing any mobile development work.
    The iOS provisioning profile on our app has expired, so we need to re-publish it with a new provisioning profile (that's a whole other issue, I have to reactivate my account at ~$75 every year just to rebuild our iOS app with a new provisioning profile? That's annoying and expensive).

    The current account was my personal account, but now we want to create a new account not tied to myself. However, I am unable to export the project from my current account. I tried from both the Windows AppBuilder app and the in-browser AppBuilder. It keeps saying it could not load the project for export.

    Any ideas?

    Hello Marcus,

    Would you mind trying to export your projects again? Due to a storage maintenance service we did a while ago, your projects might have been affected. We have taken care to restore your work and you should be able to export it now.

    If you are still unable to export them, please, file a support request (either from this account or the one you want your projects transferred to) with a link to this post. We will supply a backup of all the work we can find related to your current account so that you can transfer it to whichever account you like.

       Thanks for the reply.
    I tried exporting again through both AppBuilder and in-browser, but it is still failing.

    I tried to submit a support ticket but it says I cannot since my license has expired, so I submitted a General Feedback ticket.
