I am trying to troubleshoot an Issue with the System.Web assembly. I can decompile it fine, but would like to step through it with the debugger. I followed the instructions found here, but whenever I click step into, it steps over the framework code. The project is ASP.NET MVC and here is the environment info:

I seem to be able to step into code now, but have another issue. The line numbers are wrong. It is quite clear, because the stack trace often shows the code in a different method.

I seem to be able to phase into rule now, but have another problem. The line figures are incorrect. It is quite obvious, because the collection track often reveals the rule in a different technique.
