I downloaded and installed the Canadian dictionary. When I do a spell check there are quite a few words that are highlighted which shouldn’t be. Is the Canadian Dictionary incomplete?
Here are some of the words RADspell flags using the canadian dictionary:

Telerik supports only the three Englisn, French and German dictionaries that are shipped with RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX installation. The English Canadian dictionary was provided by a client and it could be incomplete.
If you would like you can add the desired / missing words to the en-CA dictionary using the Dictionary Configurator tool and update the dictionary.
If you experience any problems with the Dictionary Configurator project, you can send me a txt file with the words that you want to import in the dictionary. Each word should be placed on a single line and should not contain any special characters like &%$#@@:;.
