Can we bind rad tile control data to the tree view item

Hi,
I used tree view control inside the outlook bar.I have to get the data from another .xaml file(used Tile view control).
Is it possible to display Tile view data in my web page when i click the tree view item.

I'm not sure what exactly is your scenario. Can please cooperate and clarify a little bit more what you want to achieve?
You can also send us example project and point what your problem is in the code.
