Can not see Video in Trainer

I am just starting with Telerik controls and am trying to view my first tutorial. I installed the trainer. It started the Introduction automatically and displayed a Starting Video message in the video area. I can hear the presenter and see messages being displayed in the header but the video window is black. I am using Windows XP SP3 and have Windows Media Player Version 11.

I am also having the same problem. I can not see any vidoe on the trainer. Any help ???

I have Vista Premium with SP1 and .NET Framework 3.5 installed.

I am not able to listen or see the video. In media control it is showing the pause button after starting but the progress bar is not moving at all. Is this working application or may be I am missing something? I have Media player 11 and WMV files are playing just fine.
Please advice what I should do for using trainer application.

Hi,

We have tried these on a lot of configurations and we can not reproduce the problem.

It is most probably a codec issue. We will ask the guys at MS Germany if they can provide a raw video for you to test on WMP.
