Hello Pavlo,

In order to investigate your issue further I will need the some more information about the location you have used to download our installer.
Basically three approaches comes to my mind that an user can try: Please let us know the source you have used and try the rest.

Do you receive any errors on installer execution? Any additional details are welcome.

I downloaded from this location https://vk.com/away.php?to=https%3A%2F%2Fplatform.telerik.com%2F%23downloads%2Fappbuilder-hybrid. Checked web page you mentioned, same situation, same file size

Hi Pavlo,

The file size seems to be expected as we download the installation files from a server.
I guess there is other reason for this unexpected behavior like firewall or antivirus tool which could block the exe.

Do you have any proxy which could prevent the communication with our server?

In order to test that I would suggest using Fiddler and the steps below:

1. Download Fiddler from here and install it.
2. Run Fiddler and go to Tools -> Fiddler Options.
3. On the HTTPS page, verify that Capture HTTPS Connects is enabled.
4. Verify that Decrypt HTTPS traffic is enabled with the ...from all processes option and minimize Fiddler to tray.
6. Execute the installer.
7. Open Fiddler again, go to File -> Save -> All Sessions, save the archive to disk (a SAZ file).
8. Send us the saz file attached in a private ticket open by you.

Is that your first installation and have you tried AppBuilder before?

File from web page also doesn't work. Does it need XP SP3 or SP2?

File size of setup.exe is 438,040 on my computer, what is different to mentioned on page. Windows can not execute this file, I suppose prior to https session. Also I have strange Windows behaviour, on startup it opens a window showing I'm going https with iexplorer switched off

Hello Pavlo,

Considering your operating system question I guess your workstation doesn't fulfil our system requirement which is Microsoft .NET Framework 4 or later and respectively Windows XP SP3 at least.
If this is the case consider upgrading your OS in order to successfully install our Windows client.

As for the setup.exe file size, it should be exactly the size you mentioned.

If you have any further questions or need of assistance do not hesitate to write back.
