I am able to build (both) *.apk and *.ipa "packages"  derived from several templates (Icenium repositories)
without major glitches... HOWEVER, when attempting to "install" a new *.apk file on Android Phones
where I have (already) installed a previous *.apk (build-derived from a different template),
IT OVERWRITES THE PREVIOUS INSTALL (which is a different APP. ).

QUESTION: How can I get the APP built with Icenium NOT TO BE OVERWRITTEN ?...

My needs are: to publish 6 different APPs (built-derived-) from different Icenium termplates.
(I always start building my APPs code from clonning of existing Icenium repository)

Hi,

The only scenario in which this could happen is if you're using the same Application Identifier (can be seen in the General option in Properties) for all of your apps. The App Identifier uniquely identifies an app on both iOS and Android devices and in their respective app stores, so every app should have unique identifier. Do note that this applies for both Android and iOS and we observed the same behavior on both OS.

If your scenario differs, we would appreciate if you provide us with step by step instructions and project details. We also need to know whether you're using Mist or Graphite and what is your Android device and OS version. On a side note, can you replicate the behavior you describe with the sample projects we provide (they do have unique identifiers)?
