Can i pop up the radwindow when the browser activate pop up blocker

does the pop up  blocker can block the radwindow pop up when a client is activated the pop up blocker in his browser.

An important feature of RadWindow is that it is not affected by the  popup blocking mechanism. Please have a look into this forum thread for more information.
