Hi Rmoji,

I am afraid currently such functionality is not available for Kendo UI Radial Gauge. I would suggest to share this idea as a feature request at our UserVoice forum. This way the community can evaluate it and if his suggestion turns out to be popular we will consider its implementation for future releases. Thank you in advance.

I achieved this by floating (z-index) an identical gauge over the top of the original gauge.  I then removed the tick marks, labels, etc. and changed the needle cap diameter, needle color and of course, the value that it is bound to.  Works great, although it's a bit of hack that you shouldn't have to do.  It would also be nice to have a shadow effect for the needles, but this control set is relatively young so I'm sure Telerik will add these features as it matures.
