I published version 1.0 of my app to iTunes Connect via AppBuilder a little over a month ago.  The process was buggy, but it worked.

Now, I need to update my app to version 1.1 but it doesn't work.  Here's what happens:

1)  I go to Publish/App Store in AppBuilder, select the correct provision file, and click the "Build" button.  It successfully builds.
2)  It asks me to enter my iTunes Connect username and password and I do.  It seems to log in correctly and go to the next page.
3)  The next page says to make sure the app has a status of "Waiting for upload" on iTunes Connect, but as you probably know, the new iTunes Connect no longer has that status.  We need to upload during the "Prepare for Submission" status, which my app is in.  I click the Upload button.
4)  There's a spinning icon for about 7 seconds and then this message:  "Your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly (-20101)".

I've already seen this link from over a year and a half ago.  My username doesn't contain any strange characters and I know I'm entering my username and password correctly (as I mentioned, I was able to upload version 1.0 successfully).  This is a bug in AppBuilder.

Please help.  I need to publish an update.

Hi Donald,

In order to investigate what is going wrong with the Publish functionality while using your credentials I will ask you to obtain a Fiddler log and send it to us. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Download Fiddler from here and install it.
2. Run Fiddler and go to Tools -> Fiddler Options.
3. On the HTTPS page, verify that Capture HTTPS Connects is enabled.
4. Verify that Decrypt HTTPS traffic is enabled with the ...from all processes option and minimize Fiddler to tray.
5. Reproduce the error.
6. Open Fiddler again, go to File -> Save -> All Sessions, save the file to disk (a SAZ file).
7. Open a private ticket and send us the archived saz file attached to your reply.

In the meantime, consider changing your password to only use characters from  a-z, A-Z, 0-9 until we find the culprit.

Regards,
Zdravko
