Can't log in, Platform Services down?

    As of roughly the last half hour we can no longer get in to AppBuilder, the login page is displayed but after that it opens an 'Improve Your Experience' page (attached) with no means to get further into AppBuilder.

    I see also that http://platform.telerik.com is 500-ing and http://status.telerik.com/ has big drops in the 'Telerik Backend API Services Uptime' and 'Telerik AppManager Uptime' graphs. Any idea what's going on?

    Same. $948 for no access - kind of difficult to write an app with no access :(

    We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced.

    There was a temporary outage of the Telerik Platform services which was causing the reported behavior for a subset of our customers as reported on our status page here. The Telerik team has been able to identify the issue and stabilize the environment. If the problem persists, please, clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. Should you experience any other unexpected downtime, don't hesitate to let us know.

    Hello Sanuja,

    Would you confirm that you still experience the issue?
    Maybe you have hit some temporary downtime of our services.

    If the issue persists and you can't log in please clear your browser cache and cookies via IE as a solution attempt.

    I recommend checking our http://status.telerik.com/ page in such moments just to be sure that all services are operational.
