I need to take pictures and store them on a Windows 8.1 machine.  Do you have a Camera control for WPF?  If not, what do you recommend?

Hello Joel,

In the UI for WPF there is no control, which could take pictures from a webcam, but we have logged a request for such control. You could vote for it and track its overall progress through the related item in the feedback portal.

Searching the Internet, I found several approaches, which you could try to implement in order to achieve the goal:
- WPF Webcam Control on CodeProject
- Several useful links posted on StackOverflow
- WebCam Library for WinForm and WPF with C# and VB.NET on CodePlex

In addition, you could take a look at our RadImageEditor control, which allow to import and export images and modify them using the different tools.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Tanya
