Hi

Is it possible to use icons / image buttons in place of the drop down list on the web report viewer.

I thought I saw something on this a few months ago, but cant find any inf o now.

Hello Andy Green,

The web report viewer toolbar is not customizable and if you want to use custom controls you should create your own UI. An example of custom toolbar is available in this blog post: Custom Toolbar for the Web ReportViewer.

Thanks I'll go through it, Just to confirm then, The Web Report viewer and the Application Report viewer are different. From the Learning Guide for reporting around page 162 it shows the Application viewer with a disk icon in what looks like a dropdown list.
