We have a button in our application that is having issues in chrome only. It works fine in Firefox. Sometimes you click on the button to save the information on the screen and it changes to the 'saving...' state but never postsback to the server. It is consistently happening in Chrome but consistently working fine in Firefox. Any ideas of things to check?

Hello Stephanie,

I can suggest that you try the following:
    - If you are not using latest Telerik UI - 2015.1.401, does upgrading to it helps?
    - Are there any JavaScript errors on your page? If there are such errors they should be found and fixed.
If the above steps, however, do not help can you paste the problematic code below, so that I can investigate it further?

Thanks for the reply. How do I know what version I am using? How do I download the latest version?

This is the issue. If I take my zoom back to 100% it works fine. How do we fix it? I tried the solution here but that breaks the rest of the controls on our page.

Hello Stephanie,

We are not aware of the mentioned issue. In order to help you and find a reliable solution we need more details on the matter - a runnable sample, browser and controls version as well as the exact steps of reproducing the issue. You can also make a test to reproduce the issue with our online demos - http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/button/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx

Regarding downloading latest Telerik UI version you can do that from your Telerik account. Having a latest version in your account, however, requires that you have a subscription too. If you do not have one you can contact our sales team at sales@telerik.com for more details on the matter.

That is interesting because there is another post directly referencing the exact same issue - http://www.telerik.com/forums/sys-argumentoutofrangeexception-value-must-be-an-integer-ba4368c85de9

So, I have to pay several hundred of dollars, just to get this issue fixed? How do I know that upgrading is actually going to fix the issue if you are not aware of it?
