Hello Mark Galbreath,
Thank you for remembering Bulgarian Independence Day. We are happy to have customers who are interesting not only in our product but in our traditions and holidays too. However there is a little catch here - we have two independence days - 3rd March and 22 September. Here are two links that provide some information about each of them:
