Why is support for Dynamic Data not included in the Telerik assemblies by default? It seems that the only way to get controls that actually work with Dynamic Data is to post a question to this forum and hope you get a sample back with code that supports the features you intend to use.

Do you ever intend to rectify this? Is there a package I'm missing that will fill in the holes in your base product?

Hi Matt,

The Telerik UI assemblies (i.e., Telerik.Web.UI.dll, Telerik.Web.UI.Skins.dll and Telerik.Web.Design.dll files) represent the controls themselves, the skins and the design-time functionality of the controls.

If you want, however, to see an integration of the controls with a Dynamic Data you can refer to the Data Binding sections of our online demos for the desired control if supported. For example:
 - Grid - Simple Vs Advanced Data Binding
 - ComboBox - Load on Demand Modes
 - HtmlChart - DataSet

You may also find useful our sample applications some of which use Dynamic Data too.
