Hi There

I am running tests on a silverlight 4 project and when I playback certain tests, IE freezes. the only correlation that I can see is that the affected parts of the application contain dynamically created controls (ItemsControl).

How can I get support on this issue?

We are trialing Telerik test suit for use within our team.

Regards

Nick

Hello Nick,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

We'll need additional info in order to resolve this issue.

Hands down the best thing would be for you to allow us to reproduce this issue locally. This would mean sending your Test Project along with the necessary permissions to access the application it's testing. If you feel this data is too sensitive for a public forum, please go ahead and file a support ticket and attache the data there. As a trial user, you're entitled to access our (100% confidential) Support system.

Please also make sure to include info on what test to run and what to look for along with the Test Project. It makes the troubleshooting process that much easier.

If the above option does not work for you, then please go ahead and provide as much info as possible:
-a Jing video
-screenshots
-a description of your use case.

Regards,
