Dear all

For a project management solution we are looking for a break down structuring tool. (In PM jargon it's called work breakdown structure.) For this, we wanted to use the telerik tree view. Due to the demo styles it would not be usable in the program, this is why i wanted to ask if a style as shown in the attached images is possible.
As you see, it would be needed to split the tree item into 7 areas and sown in every area the needed information. (This is similar to the PERT chart.) The style also needs to provide a more organigram like composition.

While the areas are optional, if it is not is possible we still could just set all this informations by text into the tree item, it is needed to show the tree as a organigram.

It would be grateful if someone could tell me whether this is possible or someone even can provide a fully functional solution.

Thank you in advance.

Stefan

Hi Stefan Jud,

Out of the box this can be only partly done. Please check this example:
http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#TreeView/TemplatedNodes

If you need the conecting lines you should inherit from the RadTreeView and implement your own logic there.

We have a plan to make a similar control, but I can't stick to any specific date. You can track the status of this new control here:
