If you use the Code Commands -> Single Line Comment or Code Commands -> Block Comment tools in HTML, it adds Javascript comment tags instead of HTML comment tags. Since the code highlighting already knows if you're in HTML or Javascript, can you add the proper tags based on what's being commented?

Also, can you add the CTRL+K,CTRL+C and CTRL+K,CTRL+U shortcuts to comment and uncomment a block of code (JS, HTML, and CSS preferably)?
