Hello Sir or Ma'am,
I'm not sure if this is a result of your code or a bug in Expression Blend 3 & 4, but I posted a bug on Microsoft's site concerning your RadGridView control. Basically, I am trying to "Edit Template -> Edit a copy" on this control and my Blend.exe process spins indefinetely. The template never gets added to the application and Blend becomes non responsive. It has not work several times alread even though I rebooted my machine. Other controls like "RadButton" work just fine. Just the RadGridView is causing this issue.
Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback. It seems that you have hit a bug in Blend Support for our RadGridView. We will investigate the issue and we will try fix this in our future releases. I have updated your Telerik points.
Please excuse us for any inconvenience caused.

I have exactly the same issue. For us it is very important that "Blendability" works in all controls 'caus we use the MVVM pattern for our development process: Views in Blend 4 and ViewModels in VS2010. We have design specialists for the views and therefore they only work with Blend.
Thanks,
Daniel
Can you send us your project to check it locally what is going on?

I would suggest you to use the following approach:
1.Find in Assets library a single GridViewRow.
2.Drag it onto the Artboard, right click on it and choose the option Edit Template -> Edit a copy.
You may use the same approach for any other GridView part.
Please excuse us for any inconvenience caused.
