Hello Nandha,

I guess you use BingSearchProvider. It is actually based on Bing SOAP Search services which is stopped by Microsoft this year. From R3 2016 our BingSearchProvider class is marked obsolete and it is deleted from our suite in R1 2017. If you upgrade to R1 2017 you will be able to use BingRestMapProvider which is based on MS REST services. With it you will be able to search geographic locations with strings or Latitude Longitude. However, you won't be able to search with queries like "restaurants in Paris", "museums in Chicago".
