I just got an email from BingMaps customer support stating that the Bing Maps Silverlight control support and functionality will end on November 30, 2016. Does this have implications for Silverlight RadMap?

Hello Michael,

Telerik RadMap for Silverlight is independent from BingMaps control. We have no plans to discontinue its support.
