I want to be sure that Telerik RadMap with the BingMapProvider will not be affected by this come November 2016. Is this correct? Telerik's BingMapProvider will still continue to work?

Hello,
No, RadMap won't be affected by the deprecation of the BingMap control. However, Microsoft is retiring their Bing Maps SOAP service which are used by our BingMapProvider. Before this happens I recommend you to migrate to BingRestMapProvider. The REST provider exposes the same API as BingMapProvider, but it uses the Bing Map REST services.
