BinaryImage Dynamic Data FieldTemplates

I have download the Dynamic Data Field Templates example you created for some of the rad control.  Do you have a field template example using RadBinary image and Dynamic Data using L2S connected to Sql Server 2008 with a column dbtype of image?  I ahve been trying to make it work and am getting familiar with creating my own custom FieldTemplates using UIHint ect. but have not been able to get RadBinary image working, If you could provid an example in Vb.net that would be great.

Ok i have it working partially, I am now getting cannot convert Linq.Binary' to system.byte[], I think I can figure this one out, but I have another problem with the RadUplaod part of the RadDbImage_Edit.ascx

I am using a site master page with RadAjaxManager in the site manager and the RadAjaxManagerProxy manager in the PageTemplates.  The problem is that RadUpload has 0 files if Ajax is enabled, if I disable Ajax in the site master RadAjaxManager the upload control works fine.

How do I disable ajax just when I need to upload a file?
