Right now you only support Android and iOS so I need a way to quickly import/export a whole project. The import via .zip file doesn't work (e.g. isn't destructive and doesn't iterate folders well). Since I need to package it for the Kindle, WP8, Win8 and web. So being able to import a whole .zip with the entire project (at least overwriting existing files) is a must. Right now it's unusable as import takes about an hour to import each directory individually.

I have just tested and the "Add files from archive" functionality has overwritten my contents (after asking me for permission to do so). Can you share more details about the size of the archive you are uploading and how many files do you have in this package?
We are aware that we are currently lacking some visual indicators when some long-running operations are taking place. We are working on this and there will be improvements in our upcoming releases.
