Better text editing

Rightly or wrongly, we use the description of some tasks for passing info between groups; Notes for Testers, Notes for Documenters, that kind of thing.

Because we're doing this, we want/need to be able to use rich text functionality. We have this in the Urban Turtle eval we're using ATM. It would be nice to be able to report that we can, or at least will, be able to do this in TP too.

 Thank you for taking time to highlight the areas that need improvements in order to ease your work. Changing task's description form plain to rich text is still in the state of feature request but I will add another vote to it, hoping that it will soon be our backlog.
