I have a few docked panes and floating panes in my application at any given time. I wish to have a menu option for user to AutoHide All and Show All panes.
For docked panes, I Can set Is Pinned property, but how to hide/ show the floating pane.

Thank you for contacting us.
To hide a floating pane, you will have to dock it first. Please refer to this help article in which is explained how to add a pane programmatically: http://www.telerik.com/help/silverlight/raddocking-panes-radpane.html
Once you add the RadPaneGroup into the Docking control you will be able to set Pane's IsPinned property and hide it.
