I have some working code and periodically use the Auto-format code in AppBuilder Windows Client to tidy it up. It usually works well.

On 1 file, it keeps remove the .catch(xyz) that I use for BreezeJS

You can see the problem here:

My file is saved and I start off showing no Angular or Console errors. I then go to the code and Format it. It removes all my "catch" code from ".catch()"
I do a Ctrl-Z in the video below to show the before and after. When I save it my app stops working...

Hello Rodney,

Thank you for reporting this. I managed to reproduce the faulty behavior on our side and it seems like a bug within the AppBuilder code editor. I have logged the issue, in order to fix it for future AppBuilder releases.

Unfortunately, I cannot think of any workaround that you could use, until the issue is resolved. I apologize for this and thank you for the understanding.

I have also, updated your Telerik points for reporting this bug.

Ok, thanks (it is very annoying as I can't auto format ;)
