Authorization Error - Sequence contains more than one element

Just tried to install the Team Pulse Beta app and am stuck.

I have installed Sql Express 2008 R2; Created a User via the Management tool; and set the path to our TFS Server in the TFSSyncConfig.xml file.  However, on loading Team Pulse we receive the following error:

Access denied, speak with your Titan Admin
Exception occured during authorization.  See below for details:
Sequence contains more than one element.

Any ideas?

Hi James,

This error is likely occurring because you've entered the same user (denoted by the domain name and user name) twice in the user management site (http://<server name>:2431).  Please delete one of the duplicates and the problem should go away. 

If this is not the case, you may have to uninstall and re-install TeamPulse or you can check TeamPulse Licence table for duplicates. Please see the following thread for more information: http://www.telerik.com/team-productivity-tools/community/forums/teampulse/general-discussions/titan-error.aspx

We've noted that the system should not allow you to enter the same user twice and have entered the issue into our backlog for resolution.
