After configuration of SSO authentication , i am unable to browse on IE and Chrome , it is asking for Authentication details.How can i over come this problem.

Could you please confirm that the issue you are experiencing is related to the Telerik Platform product?
Further, if it is related, could you share with us more information and steps to reproduce this faulty behavior?
