By way of introduction, my name is Lance McCarthy and I'm one of the Senior Support engineers here at Telerik. I would like to discuss the fact that you do not have a valid license for any product, trial or paid. You have opened many forum posts in the past couple months but do not have any products assigned to you.
How did you install the products you're asking for support from? It is a common scenario where a company will purchase the license and have a developer use them. It is important that you have them assign you as a Licensed User at this point so that you can continue to use the Ticket Support system and continue using the product in your development.
It takes less than 30 seconds to be assigned as a Licensed User, here are the steps
1 - Have the person whom has the license for the product go to the Manage Licensed Users page
2 - Assign you as a licensed user for the product(s) that you are using by simply using your email address
- If you only have one license, they will need to remove themselves before assigning you as the current user as our licensing is one-license-per-developer
. (note: they will retain ownership of the license and can change Licensed User at any time
Once you're assigned as a Licensed User, come back here and inform us and I will then be able to convert this forum post into a Support Ticket and follow up with the details on how to get the design that you're looking for.
