ArgumentException occurs in Examples Project with german "region and language" settings

Hello Telerik Team,

1. In the emulator I changed "Region and language" settings to "Deutsch" (german)
2. Start the " Telerik Examples" Project in Visual Studio
3. Choose "Featured" than "Animations"
"ArgumentException" occurs "Value cannot be bigger than the MaxValue"
