Hi,

The highlighted time slot in my scheduler(day/week view) always shows a 30-minute range even if the appointment is set to 8:00-11:00 as for my example.
How will I able to extend the highlight up to the End Time to make it look accurate?
Please see attachment to see example. Thanks in advance :)

Hello,

Could you please elaborate a bit more on the issue you are facing? As far as I understand the appointment start time is set to 8:00 and  the end time is set to 11 but it appears on the calendar from 8:00 to 8:30. If this is not the problem you are facing please explain what you are trying to achieve and what actually happened.

Please note that the RadScheduler NumberOfHoveredRows property controls how many time slots to be highlighted when user hovers on the calendar area.

Hi,

Yes, that's what exactly happening. My appointment is set to 8:00-11:00 but it appears 8:00-8:30 only. What I want is when I open the calendar, I can see the exact duration of my appointment not only upon hover on calendar area. Thanks

Hello,

I would like to clarify that I noticed that your RadScheduler appearance is quite a lot modified. Could you please confirm that you replicate that problem with a RadScheduler without any customization?  If you are still facing that problem please provide the RadScheduler markup code so we can test it locally.

Hi Boyan,

You're right. It was caused by style customization. Thank you for the support :)
