Hi,
In the "A few words about you" section when applying for MVP, I am not sure if I should put down my background, my telerik related contributions or just everything that I think might qualify me to apply for MVP ?
thanks

Hello IQworks,

Thank you for your interest in the Telerik MVP program.

This is a valid question and here is what we look for. Please tell us about your programming background (to give you credibility), and about your Telerik-related contributions outside www.telerik.com (blogs about Telerik, speaking engagements (if they involve Telerik products), DNUG participation, etc.). This should give us an overview of your work, which we will add to your contributions in the Telerik Community (Telerik forums and Code Library).

We review new MVP applications once a week and we write back to all candidates to let them know whether they can become part of the MVP family, and what they need to improve if they are to become one.

Thanks again.

Sincerely yours,
Vassil
the Telerik team

Hi Vassil,

   Thanks for getting back.

Forgot to ask, ..... do you need to 100 points before becomming an MVP ?

   Thanks again for your time.

Sorry for the last question, I guess the answer is "how could you get these points calculated WITHOUT being an MVP".  So I think the answer would be No -
