Application Icon Shape

Hi, I embedded a RadRibbonView  in a RadRibbonWindow. I expected the Application Icon to look as in Img.1 




But I get it as below - icon before the tabs.



Can someone please suggest me what I should be doing to achieve the Round Shaped Application icon as in IMG 1 ?

Hello,

 Please check out this this forum thread where this is realized in Silverlight? I believe it could be a great starting point and you will be able to convert it in WPF. Please let us know if you need further assistance on this.
