I couldn't find the minimum iOS version that AppFeedback supports in the Telerik documentation but I've found an issue with iOS 6.1. I've verified that when the AppFeedback plugin is enabled and launched on any iOS 6.1 device (using Cordova 3.2 or 3.5), the app always crashes on load. I've tested on current apps and also on newly created basic AppBuilder apps. I've verified on iOS 6.1.5 and 6.1.6 devices.

Hello Alen,

Thank you for contacting us. We would like to offer our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the supported iOS version for the plugin is 7.0 +. This constraint derives from the native Telerik UI for iOS controls that work under the hood of the AppFeedback plugin.

You are right that this was not mentioned in the AppFeedback documentation. The article is already updated.

Please, let us know if we may be of any further assistance.

Regards,
Anton Dobrev
