AppBuilder won't start today (the desktop version). It takes me to a page saying:

Improve Your Experience
1. In the browser
2. On the desktop

This is just a web page, none of the links do anything, there are no menus, I can't do anything other than restart, which displays the same screen. It's actually just an IE web page (https://app.icenium.com/Mist/BrowserNotSupported). I've tried clearing all browser data (cookies, cache, etc), clearing DNS, restarting the PC. No change.

If I try running the browser version of AppBuilder, it works in Chrome, does not work in IE. The error is:

500   Looks Like We Broke Something
Official system status All Systems Operational

Hello,

We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced.

There was a temporary outage of the Telerik Platform services which was causing the reported behavior for a subset of our customers as reported on our status page here. The Telerik team has been able to identify the issue and stabilize the environment. If the problem persists, please, clear your browser cache and cookies and try again. Should you experience any other unexpected downtime, don't hesitate to let us know.

Thank you for the patience and understanding.
