AppBuilder Windows Client not recognizing my account

    I have an enterprise account. I have logged into my account in Browser. When I start the AppBuilder Windows Client, it is not showing my account other than default black screen

    Hi Anand,

    As you have submitted a support ticket on the same topic, it would be better to get the details and investigate the issue through the ticket which is private and comes with a guaranteed response time. Once we get to the bottom of this. I'll update this thread with more information for the community in case anyone else encounters the same.

    Hi all,
     
    In case anyone encounters a similar problem, here are our findings. The issue was firewall-related. It was resolved once the client whitelisted the IP addresses of Telerik Platform, hosted on Amazon Web Services, in his firewall. More information is available here:
