It is highly unfortunate that you are experiencing issues with AppBuilder.
To be able to assist you further, we will need the logs from %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs. Also,
you can check if there are any errors in the Windows event log. To do this, open the Start
menu and type Event Viewer
(or View Event Logs
for Windows 8 and above) in it. Then, in the Event Viewer window navigate to Windows Logs
and check for anything suspicious. If you find something related to AppBuilder, or Icenium, please send it with your next reply.
Finally, you can check if deleting the AppBuilder cache will solve the issue. In order to do this, delete the content inside the %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Cache
folder and check for improvement.
