AppBuilder doesn't work on my windows phone. It will close directly when is starts. Please check the review on AppBuilder in Window phone store. I see lots of people have same problem.

I guess you are talking about WP version of AppBuilder Companion app but I wasn't able to reproduce your case on my side. The app is working fine after installed on Nokia Lumia 520.
Would provide some additional information like the steps you follow in order to install?
Unfortunately, we don't have exactly the same device as yours so I would ask you to try on another one if possible.

Visit the Telerik Verified Plugins Marketplace and get the custom Cordova plugin you need, already tweaked to work seamlessly with AppBuilder.
