All the Icenium tutorials assume a single developer is developing and then publishing with their own distribution certificate.  My question relates to a more complex workflow where a large organization has many separate developer groups but only one distribution certificate.  The organization doesn't want to give out their distribution certificate (.p12) or iTunes Connect login credentials for obvious security reasons.  Also, their workflow requires a peer review of all apps prior to signing and then distributing the app into the app store.  Is there a way for a developer to send their project to another designated "gatekeeper" person (that would have their own installation of Icenium Graphite with the distribution certificate and provision loaded into their account) who would then use the publishing wizard to sign and deploy their app to the iTunes app store?

Update: I was able to get this working (see http://www.icenium.com/community/forums/icenium-general-discussion/push-to-github#vfis-X_xRmKLJP8AAPRZbQ).  We'll issue developer certs and provision profiles to the developers and when they're ready to publish, they'll push their code to a BitBucket repository, which our gatekeeper will clone and then sign with the distribution cert and provision.
