Hello,
I am trying to use RadRateApplicationReminder. It works very well until the testing device is connected to my PC via a USB cable. But in case I disconnect device from cable, the app crashed only whenever it had to show Reminder dialog.
I had initialized ApplicationUsageHelper instance in App.xaml.cs file as well. The whole scenario is;
1) RecurrencePerUsageCount property is set to 2. If I run app in either of the two modes (debug/release) while USB cable is attached, everything works well. Alternatively, i get the dialog every time
2) If I disconnect USB cable, irrespective of the two modes (debug/release), the app CRASHES at every alternate time.
Can you please suggest something?

From the provided information we can't tell you exactly what is the reason for this. Maybe you can tell us what type of exception you get when the application crashes, or even better - send us a sample project that we can use to reproduce the described issue.
