App crashed on AVD when testing

    Hi There,

    I am using API 23.

    The example app crashed with the following error message when clicked on one of the slide.

    Anybody looking at this issue? I really doubt the support of this product..... anybody really is supporting this product?

    Hello David,

    Thank you for writing.

    We have recently made improvements on the image loading in the example of the SlideLayout in RadListView. The updated version will be released in the following days.

    Regarding the response time, you can have a look at our support policy for answering customer tickets.

    You can also have a look at the important information about using our forums and pay attention to the part that "A post in the Forums doesn't guarantee you a response from the Telerik support team although 95% of all posts are eventually addressed. Additionally, a post is not assigned a response time as with the support ticketing system."

    Hello David,

    Just wanted to let you know that we have released an updated version of Telerik UI for Android (Version: 2015.3.1113), which you can download from our site.

    With the updated version you should be able to open the examples project from the downloaded archive as shown in the Getting Started for Android Studio article and not observe the reported exception.
