Hi Smit,

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately our mobile testing framework is for a functional testing. You cannot API load test via our framework.

Thank you for your understanding. If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Hi, Boyan

We are not building Mobile App now but we have built API to support App. So we just want to test that our API is capable to handle Load. So any suggestion to approach it using Test Studio.

Thanks

Hello Smit,

In theory this should work (using TS Load Recorder's "Remote device" traffic source option) if the device is configured properly.

However, Test Studio doesn't offer any sort of "verification" feature that would show whether or not the API returned the expected data. The Load Test feature would only be able to generate the requested load and report whether the HTTP response status code was not 200.

Thank you for your understandings.
