Max file size on a support ticket is 20Megs, can you bump that up perhaps? I'm having to share out of my dropbox (database zipped is 93Megs when I need to send it as an example)

Hi Steve,
Indeed, there is a restriction for the size of the files. If you need to send bigger files, it is best to open a support ticket so we can set up a private ftp or you can share login credentials to a file server.
Regarding this specific case, I checked the tickets and it seems that there was some connection problem when Zoran tried to download the project. I downloaded the file and sent it to him.
