Hello Idan,
Any custom Cordova/Phonegap plugin can be used in Icenium if it is modified to support the target Cordova version in your Icenium project and if it is made to be Plugman-Compatible. You can find more information how to modify Android plugins to work with Cordova 2.7 and Cordova 3.0 in the following links:
