Thanks for the great feedback. Creating a project with pre-defined areas and tags is not something that we have in the backlog but I have now added it and we will consider making this part of a future release. The tag part might be a bit tricky though because the way tags work right now is that a tag only exists if it is being used by some story, bug, issue, or risk. As soon as all the usages are removed, the tag is also removed. We would have to change this behaviour to allow a tag to exist even if it's not being used. We have some "tag management" features in the backlog, but no timeline yet for when we might implement them.
For your second request, we already have an item very similar to this in the backlog and I have added another vote for it. It is quickly becoming a highly requested feature and I agree that it would provide a lot of value.
