You can find a more detailed answer in the private ticket thread that contains this subject, but I will also share the relevant parts here for others that might have the same question.
Grid multicheckbox filtering is not available in the Kendo UI for Angular version of the Grid, but a similar functionality can be achieved via some custom implementation, based on the reusable custom filter component example from our documentation.
You can also submit feature requests to our UserVoice portal that is closely monitored and helps us prioritize, based on customer demand when updating our roadmap:
