Always list all options (turn off filtering) for kendo combobox

I have a combobox that my users want to be able to either type into or select with a mouse.  There are a relatively small number of options (<10) and i would like them all to be visible, no matter what has been typed into the combobox.  Is this possible?

Hello Logan,

Actually, this is the default behavior of ComboBox. The "filter" option is set to "none", hence it will search into the list, but will not reduce the them. Refer to the second widget in this online demo. Notice how the items not filtered (reduced).
